Firms with recurring routine work in Manhattan every month. Every job is 20% less than paying per job, all-inclusive of color printing, any page count, and nail and mail. If you only send work now and then, pay per job by invoice instead.

Starter covers up to 10 routine jobs a month for $999, Essentials up to 25 for $2,499, Professional up to 50 for $4,999, and Firm up to 100 for $9,999. That's under $100 per job, 20% less than our $125 routine rate. Included jobs are routine service of a summons and complaint, or a landlord-tenant case, in Manhattan.

Your plan price stays the same. Plans cover up to a set number of jobs, so a firm that sends 7 jobs on the up-to-10 plan still pays $999 for that month. Unused jobs don't roll over, so choose the plan that fits your typical month.

We keep attempting each included job on different days and times, never on a Sunday, throughout your billing cycle, until it's served. A job is returned as a non-service sooner only when service isn't possible, such as a bad or nonexistent address, a party who has moved, or a location we can't access. Pay-per-job orders include up to 3 attempts.

If a job is closed as a non-service, or isn't served by the end of your billing cycle, just ask and we'll reopen it and roll it into your next billing cycle. It counts as one of that month's included jobs. Unused jobs, the ones you never sent, don't roll over.

Your plan price is all-inclusive. Color printing, any page count, and nail and mail (when you authorize it and it's used) cost nothing extra. The only optional add-on is a notarized affidavit, $8 each instead of $10, invoiced as each job is completed, due Net 15.

Yes. If a party has moved or an address is bad, we search commercial public-record sources for a current address. Plans include 2 searches a month on Starter, 5 on Essentials, 10 on Professional, and 20 on Firm. After that, each search is $60, invoiced Net 15. A search is charged, or counts toward your plan, only if we find and serve the party. Your plan and job fees still apply, and unused searches don't roll over. If the new address is outside Manhattan, we'll give it to you at no search charge.

Send them as new job requests. Extra jobs are $99.90 each, include up to 3 attempts, and are invoiced on completion, due Net 15. If you regularly go over, move up a plan.

No. Subscriptions are for routine work. Rush jobs ($175) and registered agent deliveries ($90) are invoiced at standard rates, due Net 15.

Yes. An invoice is issued when each included job is completed, so you have a record for every case. Those invoices aren't charged separately. Only extra jobs, add-ons, and rush and registered agent jobs are charged by invoice.

Plans are month to month. Cancel in writing (email is fine) before your next billing date, and the plan ends at the end of the current month.
