These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sapphire Legal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Sapphire Legal LLC provides licensed process serving, courier services, courtesy copy delivery, photocopy services, and related legal support services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hudson County, NJ, and affiliated markets. All services are subject to these Terms and applicable New York and New Jersey law.

Document Submission

All documents must be submitted exclusively through ServeManager, our authorized case management platform. We do not accept documents via email, text message, or any other channel. Documents submitted through unauthorized channels will not be processed.

You are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents are legally valid, complete, and authorized for service in the applicable jurisdiction.

Pricing and Payment

Standard Service: Starting at $100 per serve (50 pages included; +$10 per additional 25 pages)
Rush Service: Starting at $130 per serve (50 pages included; +$10 per additional 25 pages)
Additional services (courier, photocopy, courtesy copy) are priced separately as listed on our Service Request page.
Invoices are issued upon completion of service with 7-day payment terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of service and may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
High-volume clients may qualify for bundled pricing. Contact us directly for details.

Service Attempts

We make multiple service attempts in accordance with applicable law (New York CPLR and New Jersey court rules). The number and timing of attempts depend on the service type selected. We are not responsible for failure to serve resulting from incorrect recipient information, inaccessible premises, or circumstances beyond our control.

Affidavit of Service

Upon successful completion of service, we provide a notarized Affidavit of Service with GPS-timestamped records through ServeManager. This document constitutes our official proof of service.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete recipient information
Ensure documents are legally prepared and authorized for service
Pay invoices within the specified payment terms
Use ServeManager for all document submissions and case communications
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

Sapphire Legal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for delays caused by court closures, weather, or other force majeure events.

Confidentiality

We treat all case information and client data as confidential and do not share it with unauthorized third parties. Information may be shared with network partners only to the extent necessary to complete a requested service.

Network Membership

Membership in the Sapphire Network is currently free and subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any network member at our discretion. Network membership does not guarantee work volume or income.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Sapphire Legal LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
