Sapphire Legal Services provides licensed process serving services in New York City (all five boroughs) and coordinates service of process in other jurisdictions through affiliate partners. Services include delivery of subpoenas, summonses, notices, and other legal documents.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service

  • Ensure all documents submitted are lawful and authorized for service

  • Pay the agreed-upon rate for the service requested

  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. Service Terms

  • Standard service includes a specific number of attempts (typically 3) over a designated timeframe

  • Rush services is available at an additional fee

  • A notarized affidavit or declaration of service will be provided upon completion

  • Service attempts are GPS-tracked and time-stamped when required by law or client

  • We are not liable for failed service attempts due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal by recipient, or inaccessible locations

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Flat-rate pricing may vary based on location, urgency, and document type

  • Additional charges may apply for rush services, remote areas, excessive waiting times, or special handling

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, ACH, or check.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before any service attempts may be refunded, minus administrative costs

  • No refunds are issued once a service attempt has been made

  • If service cannot be completed, a non-serve affidavit (attempt affidavit) will be provided upon completion of attempts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logo, branding, design) is the property of Sapphire Legal Services and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sapphire Legal Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Inability to locate a subject

  • Delays due to weather, inaccessibility, or incorrect information

  • Legal outcomes related to or dependent on the successful delivery of documents

8. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree not to engage in:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

  • Uploading malicious content

  • Using our platform for any activity that violates local, state, or federal law

9. Changes to Terms
