PROCESS SERVER: SERVICE REQUEST

Our system is simple for our clients to understand and is New York DCA compliant.

Once you fill out your service request form, we will review it and finalize your service request when we send you an official invoice.

FLAT-RATE PRICES: (FOR ALL FIVE-BOROUGHS)

  • Routine Service ($100)

    - First attempt within 3–5 business days after payment.

    - Total of 3 attempts within 10 business days

  • Rush Service ($140)

    - First attempt within 24–48 hours after payment.

    - Total of 3 attempts within 5 business days.

DISCLOSURE:

Repeat clients in our network will receive a 15% discount on all services per service request. ($85 Routine and $119 Rush)

If you are interested in being a monthly repeat client, please be sure to check the “Yes” box when asked in the form below.

This offer does not apply to your first service request if you are a new client.

(IN ORDER TO BE A MONTHLY CLIENT, NEW SERVICE REQUEST MUST BE SENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF LAST SERVICE.)

EACH SERVICE LEVEL (STANDARD & RUSH) INCLUDES:

  • Per Person / Address

  • 25 Pages Included (Additional pages billed at $0.25/page)

  • 3 Attempts per Address 

  • Day, Night, and Weekend 

  • Signed Affidavit

You will be sent an invoice prior to the dispatch of our services. 

IMPORTANT:

If you need to have more than one person served, please submit a new service request for each person to be served. 

Once you are an established client in our system, we will be able to expedite future service request via our system to avoid having to fill this information out on our site.

Our current team is not staffed adequately to handle high volumes outside of NYC. However, we do handle select jobs for our clients who need this service.

Prices may vary due to the following reasons:

  • Travel Distance & Time – Longer drives or harder-to-reach locations increase mileage and time costs.

  • Lower Population Density – Fewer addresses in rural areas mean more time between attempts.

  • Court-Specific Requirements – Some counties may require unique affidavit formats or notarization steps.
