Connect to Us

Connect with Sapphire Legal

Once your account is created, email us your ServeManager username. We'll link your account to ours so all your jobs route directly to us for dispatch.

Submit Jobs

Upload documents & submit

Log into ServeManager, create a new job, upload your documents as PDF, and enter the recipient's details including your preferred urgency — Standard or Rush. We receive it instantly and get to work. Service rates are available on our pricing page.

Our team reviews your job

Once submitted, our agency will review and accept or reject your documents. If accepted, your serve is dispatched immediately. If rejected or more information is needed, we will communicate directly through ServeManager — you can update your documents and resubmit without starting over.

I understand that Sapphire Legal LLC operates under NY CPLR and NJ court rules, and that documents must be legally authorized for service in the applicable jurisdiction.
