For individuals at their home in New York. If personal and substitute service fail after the required attempts, our server may affix the papers to the door and mail a copy, as the law allows. If the party has moved or the address is bad, we search commercial public-record sources for a current address. The $75 applies only if we find and serve the party. The job's regular service or non-service fee still applies either way.
